Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a self-serve free trial — but every demo includes a walk-through of your actual data stack and an estimate of what insights you'd see. We also offer pilot programs for qualified enterprise accounts.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, with the additional cost prorated for the remainder of your contract term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Do you have special pricing for agencies?
Yes — our Agency plan offers volume pricing with CPM or flat fee options, including cross-client benchmarks, custom views, and white-label reporting. Billing can be structured as referral or agency-billed. Contact us to learn more.
How is the revenue threshold determined?
Revenue thresholds are based on company annual revenue (or division size for enterprise accounts). Starter covers up to $100M, Growth up to $500M, and Enterprise up to $1B. Companies exceeding these thresholds should contact us for custom pricing.
Who is Octane11 not for?
Octane11 is probably not the right fit if you're spending less than ~$50K/month in paid media, running B2C campaigns, looking for a campaign execution platform rather than an analytics layer, or not yet ready to connect your ad platforms and CRM. Outside those parameters, simpler tools will serve you better.
